• Here at Xanguard our primary aim is to breed quality dogs of sound temperament and correct type. We breed to KEEP and not to sell and because of that we do not breed often

• A DEPOSIT will be required from approved homes once the pups have been whelped.  This deposit will become  NON REFUNDABLE when the pups reach 4 weeks of age. 
• Our companion puppies are sold on Limited Registration only.  Limited Registration does NOT mean that you are purchasing a lesser quality puppy. On the contrary, sometimes you may be fortunate to get a puppy that we would class as a show prospect, simply because we do not have the room, or it is the wrong gender for our requirements. Limited Registration basically means that your puppy/dog is fully registered, however you are unable to show it or to breed from it.
   
• All Limit Registered puppies will be sterilized prior to leaving our home.  Please note this is not negotiable! Please feel free to ask me any questions regarding sterilization and early desexing.
   
• Our puppies are sold subject to acceptance of a written sales agreement. If you have any objections to this, please don't be offended if we do not feel that we can offer you a puppy. The only reason for sales agreements is to protect all parties, including the puppy and to set out our basic requirements for the care of your Xanguard puppy.
   
• Should you ever be in a position where you are unable to keep your Xanguard puppy/dog for any reason, we do ask that you contact us immediately prior to rehoming, selling or euthanizing it. We will endeavor to help you rehome the dog to a suitable home or where possible, we will take the dog back. This is also mentioned in our sales agreement so by signing it, you agree to notify should you be unable to keep your Xanguard puppy.
   
• We are happy to sell puppies to homes interstate, however all freight costs are borne by the purchaser. In addition ALL costs (ie puppy, freight etc), are to be paid prior to the puppy leaving our home.
